Job Overview

As an Aeroplane Part Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning, restoring, maintaining, and preparing aircraft interior components according to company procedures and aviation cleanliness standards.

You will work with specialized cleaning materials, professional equipment, and approved cleaning techniques to ensure every aircraft component is maintained to the highest level of quality.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of aircraft interior components.
• Clean aircraft parts according to company and airline quality standards.
• Remove dirt, dust, grease, stains, and contaminants from aircraft equipment.
• Clean and restore leather aircraft seats to maintain their appearance and durability.
• Perform conditioning treatments on leather materials to preserve quality.
• Clean fabric seats using approved cleaning methods and equipment.
• Carry out minor cosmetic repairs on aircraft seats and cabin fittings whenever required.
• Remove ink stains, scratches, marks, and surface imperfections through professional leather touch-up techniques.
• Deep clean aircraft carpets using shampooing equipment and stain-removal methods.
• Vacuum aircraft interiors thoroughly to maintain cleanliness throughout the cabin.
• Clean and sanitize aircraft lavatories while following strict hygiene procedures.
• Disinfect frequently touched surfaces to maintain sanitation standards.
• Ensure overhead compartments, tray tables, armrests, seat belts, and surrounding cabin areas remain clean and presentable.
• Safely use approved cleaning chemicals, machinery, and specialized equipment.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) established by the company.
• Comply with workplace safety regulations and operational guidelines at all times.
• Handle cleaning chemicals responsibly and store equipment correctly after use.
• Report damaged aircraft components, maintenance concerns, or unusual findings to supervisors immediately.
• Assist team members whenever operational support is required.
• Complete assigned cleaning schedules within the required turnaround time.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards within the work area.
• Participate in safety briefings and operational meetings whenever scheduled.
• Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors or management based on operational requirements.
