Salary

Up to SGD 2,800 per Month

Competitive salary package with opportunities for salary progression based on performance and experience.

• Multiple Locations Across Singapore

Assignments will be based on operational requirements and outlet availability.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time Employment
• 5.5 Days Work Week
• Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Rotating work schedule depending on operational needs

Key Responsibilities

As a Service Crew member, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the outlet. Your responsibilities include:

• Greeting every customer warmly with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Taking customer orders accurately while providing excellent customer service.
• Preparing and serving premium ice cream, waffles, cones, sundaes, desserts, beverages, and other menu items according to company standards.
• Operating the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handling cashless and cash transactions accurately.
• Maintaining food quality, presentation, and portion consistency for every order served.
• Keeping the serving counter, preparation area, equipment, and dining area clean and hygienic at all times.
• Refilling ingredients, toppings, cones, cups, packaging materials, and supplies throughout the day.
• Assisting with opening and closing duties, including equipment preparation, stock checks, cleaning, and end-of-day procedures.
• Monitoring inventory levels and reporting low stock to supervisors.
• Receiving deliveries and rotating stock using proper inventory management practices.
• Operating soft-serve machines, waffle makers, freezers, and other equipment safely after receiving training.
• Working closely with teammates and supervisors to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Following all company policies, food safety standards, and workplace hygiene regulations.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Applicants should have:

• Minimum N-Level or O-Level qualification.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or Retail is an advantage but not required.
• Fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are encouraged to apply.
