ASSEMBLER – MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY (SINGAPORE)

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: SGD $2,000 – $2,999
- Basic Salary up to SGD $2,600
- SGD $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8-Hour Rotating Shifts
- Shift Rotation Every Two Months
- No Weekend Work

Job Responsibilities
As an Assembler, you will play an essential role in supporting daily manufacturing operations while ensuring every product meets the company’s strict quality standards. Your responsibilities include assembling machines, production equipment, and mechanical or electronic components according to engineering drawings, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures.
You will perform product testing, basic troubleshooting, visual inspections, and quality checks before completed products move to the next stage of production. Accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail are essential to maintaining the company’s high manufacturing standards.
Additional responsibilities include preparing materials for production, maintaining accurate work records, assisting technicians and engineers with production-related activities, reporting equipment issues or product defects to supervisors, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and ensuring all production targets are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Employees are expected to follow workplace safety regulations, company policies, cleanroom procedures, and quality management systems at all times while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the production department.
Cleanroom Working Environment
This role is performed in a cleanroom manufacturing environment designed to minimize dust and contamination. Employees will be required to wear appropriate cleanroom attire, including protective clothing, gloves, masks, and safety equipment provided by the company. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure all employees understand cleanroom protocols, hygiene requirements, and workplace safety procedures before commencing work.
