Job Description
As a Factory Production Worker, you will be responsible for supporting the daily production of bottled drinking water while ensuring every product meets the company’s strict quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
You will work alongside experienced supervisors and production staff in a clean, modern, and safety-focused manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the production of bottled drinking water.
- Operate production, filling, bottling, and packaging machines.
- Monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production.
- Pack, seal, label, and sort bottled water products.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
- Prepare finished products for warehouse storage and distribution.
- Maintain cleanliness of the production area according to hygiene regulations.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
- Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors.
- Work efficiently with team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Support inventory movement and production line operations when required.
Working Schedule
- 6 working days per week
- 8–12 hours per shift, depending on operational requirements
- Rotating shifts may be required
- Overtime available during busy production periods
- Weekly rest day according to company schedule
Salary
Monthly Salary: SGD 3,800 – SGD 4,600
Salary depends on job assignment, experience, attendance, performance, shift allowance, and overtime worked.
