About the Role

As a Management Trainee, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training designed to prepare you for supervisory and managerial responsibilities. You will work closely with experienced managers and gain practical exposure to every aspect of outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities

As part of your daily responsibilities, you will:

• Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
• Support the smooth running of the outlet to ensure excellent customer experiences.
• Supervise and motivate team members to achieve outstanding service standards.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and workplace hygiene.
• Ensure products are displayed attractively while maintaining freshness and quality.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory replenishment.
• Assist with ordering supplies and minimizing inventory losses.
• Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and service recovery professionally.
• Support staff scheduling and manpower planning.
• Train, coach, and mentor newly hired employees.
