Position Details
Position: Full-Time F&B Service Crew
Location: Bedok Mall, Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: Five Days Per Week
Monthly Salary: SGD 2,300 – SGD 2,600

Job Responsibilities
As an F&B Service Crew member, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the food kiosk while ensuring every customer enjoys excellent food and service.
Your daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Food Preparation
Prepare food items according to the company’s standardized recipes and operating procedures. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality while maintaining high food safety standards.
Customer Service
Welcome customers warmly, answer product inquiries, recommend menu items, process customer orders accurately, and ensure every customer enjoys a pleasant dining experience.
Kitchen Operations
Operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including:
- Ovens
- Fryers
- Stoves
- Griddles
- Rice cookers
- Toasters
- Food processors
- Other food preparation equipment
Follow all operating procedures to ensure workplace safety and equipment longevity.
Food Safety and Hygiene
Maintain strict compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
Ensure that:
- Workstations remain clean and organized.
- Food ingredients are stored correctly.
- Cross-contamination is prevented.
- Personal hygiene standards are consistently maintained.
- Cleaning schedules are completed thoroughly.
Inventory Management
Monitor stock levels throughout the day and report shortages promptly.
Responsibilities include:
- Receiving deliveries
- Verifying incoming stock
- Proper food labeling
- Stock rotation using FIFO practices
- Reducing unnecessary food wastage
- Maintaining inventory accuracy
Opening and Closing Duties
Complete all daily operational checklists during opening, shift changes, and closing to ensure smooth business operations and consistent service quality.
Teamwork
Collaborate closely with supervisors and fellow team members to maintain efficient kitchen operations, manage busy service periods, and provide excellent customer experiences.
Uniform and Professional Appearance
Wear the company uniform properly and maintain a clean, professional appearance throughout every shift.
Represent the company positively by demonstrating professionalism, punctuality, and excellent teamwork.
