Salary and Benefits

Monthly Salary Package

Gross Salary: SGD $2,700 – SGD $3,300 Per Month

Working Schedule

Employees will work according to a rotating roster designed to support operational requirements.

Work Arrangement

• 5 Days Work Week
• Inclusive of Weekends and Public Holidays
• 8 to 9 Working Hours Per Shift
• 3 Rotational Shifts
• Rest Days Assigned According to Roster

Job Responsibilities

As a Service Crew member, you will be responsible for supporting daily outlet operations and ensuring customers receive an outstanding experience during every visit.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

Beverage Preparation

• Prepare bubble tea and premium tea beverages according to company recipes and standards
• Follow beverage preparation guidelines to ensure consistency
• Ensure all products meet quality control requirements
• Operate beverage preparation equipment correctly and safely
• Maintain beverage presentation standards
• Monitor ingredient quality during preparation

Customer Service Excellence

• Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers with menu selections and recommendations
• Answer product-related enquiries accurately
• Handle customer requests professionally
• Resolve basic customer concerns efficiently
• Build positive customer relationships through excellent service

Cashiering and Order Processing

• Process customer orders accurately
• Handle cash and cashless transactions
• Operate point-of-sale systems
• Issue receipts and maintain transaction records
• Ensure proper handling of payments
• Support daily outlet sales operations

Outlet Cleanliness and Hygiene

• Maintain cleanliness of beverage stations and customer areas
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards
• Perform cleaning duties throughout the shift
• Follow sanitation procedures
• Maintain organized workstations
• Ensure a clean and welcoming environment for customers

Inventory and Stock Management

• Monitor stock levels and daily inventory usage
• Replenish ingredients and packaging materials
• Assist with receiving deliveries
• Organize stock storage areas
• Report inventory shortages to supervisors
• Support stock counting activities when required

Operational Support

• Follow company policies and operational procedures
• Assist team members during busy periods
• Support promotional campaigns and marketing activities
• Participate in outlet meetings and training sessions
• Contribute to achieving operational goals and customer satisfaction targets

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage industry
• Experience in cafés, restaurants, retail outlets, or hospitality sectors
• Barista experience will be advantageous
• Customer service experience preferred
