Hiring Full-Time Retail Assistant | Cashier | Supervisor
Location: Pioneer, West Region & Multiple Locations Across Singapore
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Schedule: 6-Day Work Week
Salary Range: SGD $2,600 – $3,000 per month (Based on Position & Experience)
A leading supermarket team in Singapore is currently hiring responsible and motivated individuals to join our growing retail operations.
We are seeking candidates for multiple positions, including Retail Store Assistant, Cashier, and Supervisor. This opportunity is suitable for both experienced retail workers and individuals who are looking to begin their career in Singapore’s retail industry.
No prior experience is required for Retail Assistant and Cashier positions. Comprehensive training will be provided to help new employees understand daily operations, customer service standards, and workplace procedures.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Retail Assistant
Retail Assistants are responsible for supporting daily supermarket operations and ensuring products are properly managed and customers receive quality service.
Key duties include:
– Replenishing shelves and arranging products neatly according to store standards
– Checking product prices, quality, and expiry dates
– Assisting customers with product enquiries and providing helpful service
– Receiving incoming stock and supporting inventory activities
– Ensuring products are displayed properly and attractively
– Maintaining store cleanliness and organization
– Supporting daily supermarket operations to ensure smooth workflow
Cashier
Cashiers play an important role in creating a positive shopping experience for customers.
Responsibilities include:
– Operating POS systems and processing customer payments accurately
– Handling cash, card, and electronic payment transactions
– Packing customer purchases efficiently
– Providing friendly and professional customer service
– Answering customer enquiries and assisting when needed
– Supporting shelf replenishment during non-peak periods
– Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter
Supervisor
The Supervisor will oversee daily store operations and ensure that all activities are completed according to company standards.
Responsibilities include:
– Managing online grocery order fulfilment operations
– Supervising picking, packing, and dispatch processes
– Ensuring team members follow company SOP and safety procedures
– Handling customer enquiries and feedback professionally
– Managing stock receiving, inventory movement, and damaged goods
– Coordinating staff duties and daily operational tasks
– Maintaining store safety, cleanliness, and service standards
– Supporting management in achieving store performance targets
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should have a positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements:
– No experience required for Retail Assistant and Cashier roles
– Full training provided for suitable candidates
– Supervisor candidates should have at least 1–2 years of retail experience
– Good communication and customer service skills
– Able to stand for long hours and perform physical tasks
– Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn
– Able to work independently and as part of a team
– Comfortable working on rotating shifts

WORKING HOURS
– Full-time position
– 6-day rotating shift schedule
– 1 rest day per week
– Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
