• Gross monthly earnings of up to SGD $2,400, depending on overtime worked

Working Schedule

Employees will work according to a fixed rotating roster that supports continuous production operations.

Working arrangements include:

• Full-Time employment
• Six-month contract with the possibility of permanent conversion
• Fixed rotating roster of 4 working days followed by 1 day off
• Standard working hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Earlier shift timings may occasionally be assigned depending on production requirements
• Overtime may be required during peak production periods
• Candidates must be willing to work weekends and public holidays according to the assigned roster

Job Responsibilities

As a Pastry & Cake Production Operator, you will play an important role in the daily production of bakery products supplied across Singapore. You will work alongside experienced production staff to ensure every product meets strict quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assist in producing cakes, pastries, bread, cookies, and other baked products
• Prepare ingredients according to production requirements
• Support mixing, baking, assembling, and decorating processes where required
• Pack finished bakery products carefully according to company quality standards
• Process production schedules and customer orders accurately
• Label products correctly before storage or distribution
• Organise products efficiently for warehouse storage and delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the production facility
• Follow all food safety regulations and workplace hygiene procedures
• Operate basic production equipment after receiving appropriate training
• Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process
• Report any production issues or equipment abnormalities to supervisors
• Assist with inventory handling and stock movement when required
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve daily production targets
• Perform additional duties assigned by the production management team
