Position Details

Location: Changi Airport Area, East Region, Singapore

Employment Type: Full-Time / Flexible Arrangement / Permanent Placement

Salary: Up to SGD 2,100 per month, depending on working schedule and commitment

Work Schedule: Day & Night Shifts

Job Opportunity

ACE Management Services is looking for reliable, hardworking, and responsible individuals to join a food operations team as Food Packers in the Changi Airport area.

Priority may be given to applicants who are able to commit to 4–5 working days per week or at least two weekend shifts.

Main Responsibilities

Food Packing

• Pack food products carefully and efficiently
• Handle fruits, pastries, beverages, snacks, bento meals, and other prepared food items
• Check quantities and packaging quality
• Follow company packing procedures and standards
• Support daily production and operational targets

Food Preparation Support

Depending on operational needs, employees may also assist with:

• Preparing vegetables and ingredients
• Supporting satay preparation
• Assisting with general meal preparation
• Organising food preparation areas
• Supporting day-to-day kitchen operations

Portioning and Bento Assembly

• Portion food into designated containers
• Assemble bento meals according to established guidelines
• Handle rice, noodles, meat, vegetables, sauces, and side dishes
• Maintain consistent portions and presentation
• Ensure finished products meet quality and packaging requirements

Hygiene and Food Safety

Food safety is an important part of the role. Employees are expected to:

• Follow food hygiene and safety procedures
• Keep workstations clean and organised
• Handle food properly and safely
• Wear required personal protective equipment
• Follow workplace safety rules and company regulations

General Duties

• Keep work areas clean and tidy
• Organise packing materials and supplies
• Assist supervisors and colleagues when needed
• Support the team during busy production periods
• Carry out other reasonable duties assigned by management

Candidate Requirements

Minimum age: 16 years and above

Food Hygiene Certificate: Mandatory

Previous experience in any of the following areas may be an advantage:

• Food packing
• Food preparation
• Catering
• Food production
• Warehouse operations
• Food and beverage
• Manufacturing or production
