UNIQLO RETAIL ASSOCIATE – FULL TIME / PART TIME OPPORTUNITIES IN SINGAPORE
Location: Islandwide Singapore (Multiple Hiring Stores Available)
Available Areas: Bedok and Other UNIQLO Stores Across Singapore

Salary: Up to SGD $2,500 per month

Job Responsibilities
As a UNIQLO Retail Associate, you will play an important role in delivering excellent customer experiences and supporting daily store operations.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Providing friendly and professional customer service to shoppers
- Assisting customers with product recommendations, sizing, and styling advice
- Helping customers find suitable apparel based on their needs and preferences
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and attractive sales floor
- Replenishing products and ensuring merchandise availability
- Checking stock availability using UNIQLO’s retail technology systems
- Supporting cashier duties and daily store activities when required
- Managing product displays according to company standards
- Assisting with inventory checks and stock movement
- Working closely with team members to achieve store goals
- Ensuring customers receive a positive and memorable shopping experience
Retail Associates represent the UNIQLO brand every day. Therefore, employees are expected to provide excellent service, demonstrate teamwork, and maintain a professional attitude while interacting with customers.
Working Schedule and Requirements
Full-Time Retail Associates are required to commit to a structured working schedule:
- 40 working hours per week
- Rotating shifts depending on store requirements
- Overtime opportunities available
- Able to work weekends and public holidays
Available shifts include:
Morning Shift:
8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Afternoon Shift:
12:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Employees are required to commit to weekend working schedules, including:
- At least 2 weekend closing shifts between Friday and Sunday
- Public holiday shifts when scheduled
- Minimum commitment period of 6 months
