A leading logistics and warehouse operations company in Singapore is looking for dedicated and responsible Warehouse Operators to join its growing team in the Changi (East Region). Up to SGD $3,200 per month
Salary offered will depend on your previous warehouse experience, forklift operating skills, qualifications, and overall suitability for the position. Overtime opportunities may also be available depending on operational requirements.

Job Overview
As a Warehouse Operator, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth movement of goods throughout warehouse operations. You will be responsible for safely operating forklifts, receiving and dispatching inventory, maintaining accurate stock records, and supporting day-to-day warehouse activities.
This position requires attention to detail, good teamwork, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
Forklift Operations
Safely operate forklifts for loading and unloading deliveries.
Transport pallets and materials throughout the warehouse.
Perform racking and put-away of inventory according to warehouse procedures.
Ensure safe handling of products while minimizing damages.
Conduct daily safety inspections on forklifts before operation.
Report any equipment faults or maintenance issues promptly.
Follow all workplace safety regulations and company operating procedures.
Inventory Control
Operate RF scanners accurately during stock movement.
Update warehouse inventory records.
Monitor stock accuracy and inventory transactions.
Assist in locating inventory within warehouse storage areas.
Ensure inventory is correctly labelled and stored.
Support inventory reconciliation activities.
Order Picking and Packing
Pick customer orders according to picking lists.
Pack products carefully to prevent damage during transportation.
Sort and organize products based on delivery requirements.
Apply shipping labels accurately.
Prepare outgoing shipments within required timelines.
Ensure orders are completed accurately before dispatch.
Receiving Operations
Receive incoming shipments from suppliers.
Verify delivered quantities against delivery documents.
Inspect products for damages or discrepancies.
Report shortages or damaged goods immediately.
Store incoming inventory in designated warehouse locations.
Stock Management
Assist with routine stock counts.
Participate in cycle counting and annual inventory exercises.
Maintain accurate inventory records.
Support warehouse supervisors during stock audits.
Help improve warehouse organization and storage efficiency.
Warehouse Housekeeping
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Ensure workstations remain tidy throughout each shift.
Dispose of packaging materials appropriately.
Follow workplace cleanliness standards at all times.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations.
Requirements
Applicants must possess a valid Singapore Forklift License.
Previous experience in warehouse operations is highly preferred.
Experience operating forklifts safely within warehouse environments.
Knowledge of RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
Experience in inventory handling and stock movement.
Ability to lift and move goods safely.
Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
Able to work in a physically demanding environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Responsible, reliable, and punctual.

Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
