Your Role as a Shift Leader
As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the food kiosk throughout your assigned shift. You will work closely with both management and frontline team members to maintain high operational standards while delivering excellent customer service.
Your daily responsibilities include:
•Supervising day-to-day kitchen and food preparation activities.
•Leading and motivating team members during each shift.
•Ensuring food is prepared according to company recipes and quality standards.
•Monitoring food presentation, freshness, and portion consistency.
•Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
•Ensuring compliance with Singapore food safety regulations.
•Managing inventory and stock levels efficiently.
•Reducing food wastage through proper stock rotation and inventory control.
•Coordinating smooth workflow during busy service periods.
•Handling customer enquiries and resolving service issues professionally.
•Supporting new employees during training and orientation.
•Communicating operational updates with management.
•Ensuring all opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.
This position requires someone who enjoys taking responsibility, solving problems, and leading by example.
