We are currently hiring enthusiastic Part-Time Service Crew Members to support daily outlet operations across multiple locations. Job Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Service Crew member, you will play an essential role in ensuring smooth daily operations at the outlet and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Your responsibilities include:
Customer Service and Cashiering
- Greet customers warmly and professionally
- Take orders accurately and process payments at the cashier
- Recommend beverages and promote menu items
- Handle customer inquiries politely and efficiently
Beverage Preparation
- Prepare coconut-based drinks according to company standards
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately
- Ensure consistency in taste and presentation
- Maintain hygiene during preparation
Outlet Operations
- Assist in opening and closing procedures
- Restock ingredients, cups, and packaging materials
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and customer areas
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards
Team Support
- Work closely with team members during operations
- Report operational issues to the Team Leader
- Support daily store activities during peak hours
- Maintain a positive working environment
