As a Bubble Tea Barista, you will become the face of our brand, delivering quality beverages and exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and operational excellence.
Your Role
As part of our service team, you will be responsible for preparing delicious beverages, serving customers with professionalism, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the outlet.
Your daily responsibilities include:
- Prepare bubble tea, specialty beverages, fruit teas, milk teas, and other menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure every drink is prepared accurately and consistently with attention to detail.
- Welcome customers warmly and create a friendly dining experience.
- Take customer orders efficiently while answering questions about the menu and recommending beverages or toppings.
- Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately for cashiering and payment transactions.
- Pack takeaway orders carefully and ensure customers receive the correct items.
- Monitor ingredient freshness and replenish stock throughout the day.
- Assist with inventory checks and report shortages to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness of beverage preparation stations, counters, equipment, dining areas, and storage spaces.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning equipment and preparing ingredients.
- Work closely with teammates to ensure efficient outlet operations during busy periods.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve simple issues with a positive attitude.
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal product launches whenever required.
