Position Overview

The Surgical Mask Packer is responsible for inspecting, sorting, counting, packing, and preparing finished products before shipment. Every mask must meet strict quality standards before reaching customers, making this position an important part of the production process.

This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures within a cleanroom environment.

No previous manufacturing experience is necessary. New employees will receive structured training and guidance from experienced supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

As a Surgical Mask Packer, your daily duties may include:

• Inspect surgical masks for defects, contamination, or production irregularities.
• Remove defective products from the production line.
• Count masks accurately before packaging.
• Pack finished masks into designated boxes and cartons.
• Seal products according to packaging standards.
• Attach labels and verify product information.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the work area.
• Follow cleanroom hygiene and GMP procedures at all times.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Record production quantities and packaging information accurately.
• Report quality concerns or equipment issues to supervisors.

• Operate basic packaging equipment after completing training.
• Support inventory handling when required.
