As a Mall Outdoor Cleaner, you will play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of shopping mall surroundings. Your daily work contributes directly to providing shoppers, tenants, visitors, and members of the public with a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Every task you perform helps create a positive impression of the shopping mall while supporting high standards of hygiene and public safety.

Job Responsibilities
As part of the outdoor cleaning operations team, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Perform general outdoor cleaning around shopping mall premises.
- Sweep, mop, wash, and maintain walkways and pedestrian pathways.
- Clean entrances, exits, drop-off points, loading and unloading bays.
- Maintain cleanliness around open public spaces and surrounding facilities.
- Clean external staircases, ramps, and access routes.
- Remove litter, fallen leaves, dust, dirt, and debris from designated work areas.
- Empty rubbish bins regularly and replace waste liners when required.
- Segregate waste according to company procedures and environmental regulations.
- Transport waste safely to designated disposal and collection points.
- Operate cleaning tools such as brooms, mops, pressure water jets, brushes, and other equipment.
- Ensure assigned cleaning schedules are completed efficiently.
- Carry out routine inspections to maintain cleanliness throughout each shift.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests from supervisors.
- Report damaged facilities, broken fixtures, water leakages, slippery surfaces, or other safety hazards.
- Follow all workplace health and safety regulations.
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) whenever required.
- Support fellow team members during busy operational periods.
- Assist with additional cleaning duties assigned by supervisors.
- Ensure all work is completed according to company quality standards.
Working Hours
Employees will work on a 5-day rostered work week determined by operational requirements.
Morning Shift
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Night Shift
8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Break times will be allocated during each shift according to company policy.
Employees may also have opportunities to work overtime depending on manpower requirements and operational demands. Overtime work will be compensated according to company guidelines.
