Salary: From SGD $2,200 Per Month

Salary: From SGD $2,700 Per Month
(Basic Salary + Allowances)
Beauty Advisor
Salary: SGD $2,400 – $2,700 Per Month
(Basic Salary + Incentives + Allowances + Store Sales Bonus)
Part-Time Retail Assistant
Salary: SGD $12.50 Per Hour

About The Role
Retail Assistants are the face of the store and play a key role in ensuring customers enjoy a pleasant shopping experience. You will interact with customers daily, provide assistance with product enquiries, maintain store presentation standards, and ensure that merchandise is displayed attractively.
For candidates applying as Beauty Advisors, you will have the opportunity to engage customers through beauty consultations, product recommendations, demonstrations, and sales activities. You will help customers discover products that best suit their individual needs while building long-term customer relationships.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, have a positive attitude, and are committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities – Retail Assistant
As a Retail Assistant, your responsibilities may include:
• Greeting customers and providing friendly assistance
• Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Assisting customers with product enquiries and recommendations
• Maintaining attractive product displays and merchandising standards
• Replenishing stock and ensuring shelves are fully stocked
• Monitoring product availability and reporting stock shortages
• Handling cashiering and POS transactions accurately
• Processing payments and issuing receipts
• Assisting with stock receiving and inventory management
• Supporting promotional activities and in-store campaigns
• Performing daily housekeeping and maintaining store cleanliness
• Organizing products and ensuring the sales floor remains tidy
• Supporting store opening and closing procedures
• Working closely with supervisors and team members to achieve store goals
• Carrying out additional duties assigned by management when required

Key Responsibilities – Beauty Advisor
As a Beauty Advisor, your responsibilities may include:
• Building strong and lasting customer relationships
• Providing professional beauty consultations and recommendations
• Understanding customer preferences and skincare concerns
• Recommending suitable makeup, skincare, haircare, and beauty products
• Conducting product demonstrations and sampling sessions
• Educating customers on product usage and benefits
• Promoting new product launches and seasonal campaigns
• Achieving individual and team sales targets
• Driving sales through excellent product knowledge
• Following up with customers to encourage repeat purchases
• Maintaining attractive beauty displays and promotional areas
• Supporting inventory management and stock replenishment
• Ensuring customers receive a memorable shopping experience
Beauty Advisors are expected to combine excellent customer service skills with strong product knowledge and sales capabilities.
