JOB OVERVIEW
A reputable US-based multinational company is currently hiring Assemblers to join its manufacturing operations in Woodlands, Singapore.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity for individuals interested in building a career in manufacturing, production, engineering, or technical operations.
No previous manufacturing experience is required. Comprehensive training will be provided to help new employees understand assembly processes, technical procedures, workplace safety, and quality standards.
WORKING SCHEDULE
- Monday to Friday
- 8-hour rotating shifts
- Shift rotation every 2 months
- No regular weekend work
- Convenient location within walking distance of Woodlands MRT
SALARY & BENEFITS
- Basic salary of up to SGD 2,600/month
- Total monthly package of up to SGD 3,000
- SGD 2,000 sign-on bonus
- 13th-month Annual Wage Supplement (AWS)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Assembler, you will support daily manufacturing and production activities while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and workplace safety.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assemble machines, components, and equipment
- Follow detailed work instructions and engineering drawings
- Perform basic product testing and functional checks
- Inspect components and identify product defects
- Report quality issues to supervisors or relevant teams
- Carry out basic troubleshooting when required
- Maintain product quality and assembly accuracy
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Comply with cleanroom and hygiene requirements
- Support technicians, engineers, and production supervisors
- Complete assigned production tasks efficiently
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
- Follow established production and quality procedures
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should be:
- Willing to learn and develop new technical skills
- Detail-oriented and careful when handling components
- Responsible, disciplined, and reliable
- Able to understand and follow instructions
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
- Willing to work rotating shifts
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive in attitude and consistent in productivity
No previous experience is required, as training will be provided.
Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, technical, or engineering environments will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
