Salary: SGD $2,000 – $4,200 per month

Salary may vary depending on the number of working days, shifts, overtime hours, and overall attendance.

Working Schedule

Employees are required to work a minimum of four days per week.

Available shifts include:

• 10:45 AM – 9:30 PM
• 10:45 AM – 6:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Applicants should be able to commit to a minimum contract period of three months.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide professional assistance throughout their shopping experience.
• Recommend suitable vitamins, supplements, and health products based on customer needs.
• Explain product features, benefits, and usage where appropriate.
• Replenish shelves and ensure products are displayed neatly and attractively.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
• Receive and organise incoming deliveries.
• Operate the cashier and process payments accurately.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic service issues professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the sales floor.
• Support promotional campaigns and in-store merchandising activities.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to achieve store sales and customer service objectives.
• Follow all company policies, operational procedures, and workplace safety standards.
• Perform other retail duties assigned by management when required.

Requirements

• No previous retail experience is required.
• Training will be provided.
• Friendly personality with good communication skills.
• Passion for customer service and retail operations.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Willing to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays when scheduled.
• Able to stand for extended periods during working hours.
• Able to commit to at least four working days per week and a minimum three-month contract.
