Salary & Attractive Benefits
Monthly Salary:
SGD 2,600 – SGD 3,600, depending on shift assignment, attendance, and work performance.
Additional Allowances
- Accommodation Allowance: SGD 250/month
- Full Attendance Bonus: SGD 300/month
- Meal Allowance: SGD 10 per working day
- Transportation Allowance: SGD 5 per working day
- Morning Shift Allowance: SGD 15/day
- Evening/Night Shift Allowance: SGD 25/day
- Special Night Shift Incentive: SGD 500/month for employees who successfully complete a full working month on the evening or night shift.
With these allowances and incentives, employees have the opportunity to earn significantly more than the basic monthly salary.
Working Schedule
- 4-Day Work Week
- Regular rest days every week
- Shift assignments include:
- Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Evening/Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Employees assigned to evening or night shifts will receive additional shift allowances and incentives according to company policy.
Job Responsibilities
As a Production Operator / Packer, you will play an important role in maintaining efficient production while ensuring every product meets the company’s quality standards. Your responsibilities include:
- Operating and monitoring production machinery used in chocolate milk processing.
- Packing, sealing, labeling, sorting, and palletizing finished products.
- Performing basic quality inspections to ensure products meet company specifications.
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workplace safety guidelines.
- Working closely with supervisors and team members to achieve daily production targets efficiently.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- No previous work experience required.
- Full training will be provided.
- Male and female applicants are welcome.
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- Maximum age: 60 years.
