Air Export Customer Service Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily customer inquiries related to air export shipments.
• Prepare and verify shipping and export documentation.

Requirements

Seafreight Operation Officer (Import & Export)

Salary: SGD $2,400 – $2,600 per month

The Seafreight Operation Officer will oversee daily import and export sea freight activities while ensuring smooth coordination between customers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, transport providers, and internal departments. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring shipments are processed efficiently and comply with all shipping regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily import and export sea freight operations.
• Prepare shipping documents and customs-related paperwork.
• Arrange cargo bookings with shipping lines.
• Monitor shipment schedules and delivery timelines.
• Liaise with customers, transport providers, and warehouse personnel.
• Resolve shipment issues and provide timely operational updates.

Requirements

The Warehouse Assistant Cum Cargohand plays an essential role in supporting warehouse and logistics operations. This position involves handling cargo, organizing inventory, loading and unloading shipments, and ensuring warehouse activities are carried out safely and efficiently. Comprehensive training will be provided for suitable candidates without prior experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare shipments for delivery.
• Receive incoming goods and verify shipment quantities.
• Assist with inventory management and stock control.
• Organize warehouse storage areas and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Support daily warehouse operations as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements
