Working Schedule
The company operates on a rotating shift system designed to provide employees with more rest days while maintaining operational efficiency.
Working Pattern:
- 4-3-3-4 Rotating Shift
- Approximately 15 working days each month
Shift Hours:
- Day Shift
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days:
- Sunday to Wednesday
- Wednesday to Saturday

Job Responsibilities
As a Production Assistant, you will support daily manufacturing operations and ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.
Your responsibilities include:
- Assemble products according to production procedures and work instructions.
- Perform basic quality inspections on finished products.
- Identify obvious product defects and report any quality issues.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials.
- Carry out packing and production support duties.
- Handle manual work and heavy lifting when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the production area.
- Follow workplace safety regulations and company policies.
- Work closely with supervisors and production team members to achieve daily production goals.
No previous experience is necessary, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided to all successful candidates.
