Key Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Cleaner, your daily responsibilities may include:

• Clean classrooms, lecture rooms, offices, meeting rooms, staff rooms, corridors, staircases, lifts, reception areas, washrooms, and other assigned locations

• Perform routine cleaning of healthcare facilities, including wards, consultation rooms, waiting areas, treatment rooms, and common areas where applicable

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, wipe, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces according to company standards and operational requirements

• Ensure washrooms remain clean, hygienic, and fully stocked with necessary supplies such as soap, tissue paper, and hand towels

• Collect, segregate, and dispose of waste following workplace safety and environmental guidelines

• Operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely and efficiently after receiving proper training

• Handle cleaning chemicals responsibly by following safety instructions and company procedures

• Monitor assigned work areas to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the working day

• Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, safety hazards, or any unusual situations to supervisors promptly

• Assist with periodic deep cleaning assignments when required

• Follow infection prevention and control procedures within healthcare environments

• Adhere to workplace safety regulations, company policies, and assigned duty schedules at all times

• Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure operational efficiency and service quality

Candidate Requirements

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds. Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not required.

Candidates should possess the following qualities:

• No prior cleaning experience required as comprehensive training will be provided

• Physically fit and capable of performing manual cleaning duties throughout the workday

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as within a team environment

• Comfortable working in schools, educational institutions, hospitals, clinics, or other healthcare facilities
